In 2016, Precision Nutrition Coaching helped me get in the best shape of my life for my 40th birthday, but with no more counting calories or unhealthy obsession. I became a PN Coach to share what I learned and help people get healthier and fitter without resorting to diets, restriction, and calorie counting. I’ll check in with you frequently to see how you’re doing and to answer any questions you have. Also, you can message me whenever you need. The program also tracks everything from your measurements to your consistency, so you can see just how much progress you’ve made.
